Frequently Asked Questions
1. "Is this really a "free service"? How are you compensated?"
Yes, we ask for home buyers and sellers that are in need of quality real estate agents because we introduce only the serious top selling real estate agents. (If you find that you do not need an agent after placing your request, we ask that you are courteous to the agent that we refer and let the agent know that you will not need the agent's services.) The actual extensive research that matches you, (our client) with a top selling agent in your area is actually paid later with a referral fee by the agent's broker only if a sale is made. There is no extra cost to the buyer or seller. (In most states, Sellers, not Buyers, pay the standard commission rate for the sale of the house in their closing costs and the broker pays a fee from this commission.)
2. "How do I know that I will get a quality Real Estate Agent and not just anyone with a license?"
It is in our own best interest to make sure you are matched with a quality, top selling Realtor or real estate agent. If we refer only the top real estate agents, we are more likely to see your home sale go through and be paid our referral fee. A top selling real estate agent is our best advocate.
3. "What if I already know what Broker and Agent I want to use? Can I still use the service so I do not have to contact the agent myself? I want the agent to contact me instead of trying to reach the agent."
Absolutely. If you know the name and agency of the Real Estate Agent you want, we will make the introduction for you and have that agent contact you directly.
4. "What if I already have an agent trying to sell my home? Can you find me a new and better one?"
Yes, we find better agents to replace a present one frequently. However, if you have signed a Listing Contract, you will need to have the Broker release you from that contract or wait until the listing contract expires to use the new and improved referred agent. You may want to consider asking to have the new agent contact you one month before your listing contract expires so that the new agent can have the home listed and ready the day after your contract expires so you will not miss a day of the house being on the market.
5. "How long does it take once I give you my information until the local Real Estate Agent contacts me?"
Typically, it will take about a week for the entire process. If you have an immediate need, please let us know and we can attempt to rush your referral through faster.
6. If I need to relocate, can I have you refer an agent to sell my home and then another agent to help me find a new one?
Yes. We simply need both locations of where you are moving from and where you are moving to. You would pay one administrative fee, and if you have a temporary address, that is helpful to us as well.
7. "What is the process after I submit my information to you?"
After receiving your complete information, we submit a referral form to our broker. Your local area is researched for the best broker and real estate agent. Once our research is completed, a choice is made and that real estate agent is contacted. The agent signs off on the referral and is given your information to contact you directly.
8. "What areas of the country does your service cover? We are in a small rural town."
We refer top selling real estate agents in every U.S. state. From Honolulu, HI to Orlando, FL, to Dublin, Ohio, we can assist you in big cities and small towns with any home sale.
